VEX-IQ WORLD Championship 2022-2023

All of the Curious Robots teams got selected to attend Vex IQ World Championship event. The Terminators Curious Robots team won 2nd place in Divisional Championship

Create National Tournament

The Terminator Team ranked #2 in skills and #1 team work qualification in this national event. The Terminator team also won the 2nd place in Skills championship award

VEX-IQ Elementary WORLD Championship 2021-2022

Our team 2205A "The Terminators" were one of the most loved team at the event. We won the Science Division Championship at the VEX World Championship 2022! We were the only team who were pretty consistent throughout the event, maintaining high average scores throughout the matches in the Division. We won the final with the maximum possible score of 162 points with high hang!

We also got crowned with "Create Award" for our robust Robot "The Rock Climber" which had the sturdiest design, and unique high hang. In the finals, we finished at the 3rd position in the points scored!

 

VEX-IQ WA State ELEMENTARY CHAMPIONSHIP 2021-2022

Our team 2205A "The Terminators" were the 1st place team in skills using our robot the "The Archer" it was able to shoot balls and low hang making us be able to get 1st place in skills with a total score of 160 points. In addition to that we were 2nd place in teamwork.

 

VEX-IQ WORLD Elementary Championship 2020-2021

Our team 2205A "The Terminators" was competing remotely due to COVID. We had to do everything through online during the competition. We competed with our robot "The Redshift". We learned a lot during this competition while competing online. 

 

VEX-IQ WA State ELEMENTARY CHAMPIONSHIP 2020-2021

This is our first year where our team 2205A "The Terminators" was formed and participated in the Washington State VEX-IQ Championship. We were competing from home in Redmond, WA. We attended number of qualification tournaments to qualify for this State Championship. 

We finished the tournament as "Robot Skills Champions" with the highest score in driving and autonomous together. We also got the "Think Award" because we had a consistent and high scoring autonomous program. This picture was taken the moment we learned that we won the WA State skills 1st place which qualified our team to Vex IQ 2021 world event.

VEX-IQ WA state MIDDLE SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP 2020-2021

Our team "System Overload" made it to their first State Championship event during the 2020- 2021 VEX IQ season. Four middle school students from evergreen middle school. Redmond, WA were part of this team. Our students learned a lot during their two years of middle school VEX IQ program and signed up with state championship participation.  

VEX-IQ WA MIDDLE School season 2019-2020

After a year of experience in coaching our first middle school team, we learned a lot about Robotics and VEX IQ competitions. This helped us to create solid foundation for our robotics club
